Day 8 Training


On Day 8, we step up the training with sitting board-offs (last week we did them lying down). This starts to challenge your hip flexors and lays the foundation for Week 4, when we work on speed board-ons.

Land practice is so beneficial, but once you put a harness on, it can restrict your movement even more. To release any tightness that might hold you back from putting the board back on, we include 2–3 flexibility sessions per week as part of your training.
