When I turned 33, I realized learning new tricks and getting better wasn’t going to get any easier. After 20 years of kitesurfing and countless failed attempts, I knew something had to change. That’s when I decided to focus on my kite fitness. I started doing fun, simple bodyweight workouts on windless days, and just one month later, I finally landed my first boardoff.

It was an unforgettable moment—one of the best feelings of my life. That experience taught me how important it is to build kite-specific strength and fitness, especially if you don’t get on the water as often as you’d like.

Now, I’m passionate about helping other kitesurfers improve without wind and land their dream tricks too.
